Breathe through your nose, not your mouth. The Breathe Kit uses a small magnetic band that clicks onto two soft adhesive tabs on the outside of your nose, gently lifting your nostrils open so nose breathing feels easier all night.
Nothing goes inside your nose, and there are no sprays or drugs involved. Every kit comes with 4 magnetic bands in different sizes, so you can find your perfect fit. Keep your band and simply use a fresh pair of tabs each night.

Free UK delivery on orders over £50 (Couples Pack and 2-Month Supply ship free). Otherwise £4.99. Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. For hygiene reasons, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days — see our Shipping and Refund policies for details.

How to Use & Safety
Wipe the outside of your nose so it's clean and dry, place one tab on each side, then click the magnetic band on. Try the different band sizes to find your fit. Peel off gently in the morning. Rinse the band with warm water and let it dry. Tabs are single-use.
