Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in what you order from HUSHMOON. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. For hygiene reasons, items must be unused and unopened, in their original sealed packaging.

How to start a return Email us at hushmoonx@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions for sending it back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hushmoonx@outlook.com with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Your legal rights This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from this right once unsealed.
