How to Use & Safety

Wipe the outside of your nose so it's clean and dry, place one tab on each side, then click the magnetic band on. Try the different band sizes to find your fit. Peel off gently in the morning. Rinse the band with warm water and let it dry. Tabs are single-use.

A comfort product, not a medical treatment. If you have loud, persistent snoring, pauses in breathing, or daytime exhaustion, speak to your GP.

STEP 1

Clean and dry

Wipe the outside of your nose so the tabs grip properly through the night.

STEP 2

Stick the tabs

Place one soft adhesive tab on each side of your nose.

STEP 3

Click on the band

Pick the band size that fits you best. It snaps onto the tabs and gently lifts your nostrils open.

STEP 4

Sleep easy

Peel off in the morning. Keep the band, and use fresh tabs tonight.
