Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
UK Shipping

- Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more
EU Shipping
- Standard International (7–15 working days): £14.99
Rest of World
- Standard International (10–21 working days): £23.99, covering the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other supported destinations

Damaged items If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days at hushmoonx@outlook.com for a replacement.
Customs & import charges For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total.
