1. About us HUSHMOON sells sleep and breathing comfort products, including magnetic nasal strips and sleep mouth tape, via this website, operated in the United Kingdom.

2. Orders & payment By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though this won't affect orders already confirmed.

4. Product use HUSHMOON products are comfort products intended to make nose breathing feel easier during sleep. They are not medical devices or treatments, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent sleep apnoea or any other medical condition. Always follow the instructions provided. Do not use mouth tape if your nose is blocked or you have difficulty breathing through your nose. If you have concerns about snoring or breathing during sleep, speak to your GP.

6. Intellectual property All content on this site, including designs, illustrations, and text, is the property of HUSHMOON and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUSHMOON is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or products purchased through it, including any issues resulting from misuse of our products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
